Casa means home — a place with a door that's open to you, and people inside who are glad you came. OM is the primordial sound of the universe, the frequency of nature — the hum underneath the wind, the birds, the breath in your own chest. Casa de OM is where those two things meet.

Set in the serene foothills of Los Picachos, on our family farm in San Miguel de Allende, Casa de OM is surrounded by the sounds that settle a nervous system — wind moving through the peaks, birdsong, and the sweet sounds of our sheep and chickens. Rooted in yoga and Chinese medicine, we weave Eastern wisdom into everyday life — with the reminder that wellness and healing doesn't have to be so serious!
